Who are we? We are a group of students from your school, from a range of year groups, who either believe in, or are interested about, God and Christianity. We are also joined each week by a group called the Pais Project, who go around schools and youth groups in Rotherham, telling people about God.
What do we meet for? We get together each week to meet other like minded people and to have discussions about Christianity and everyday issues. It's laid back and informal and we talk about all sorts of things, from relationships to being a Christian today as a teenager, to getting self-esteem.
Where will we be? We meet in M1.4, which is Main Corridor and is up the first flight of stairs on the right if you're coming in the foyer.
When do we meet? We meet every Monday lunchtime and normally get started at 12:30. Bring your sandwiches.
Why should you come? You don't have to be a Christian to come, just come along if you're interested ro want to find out about something new. We want to show that Christians aren't just old people who sing hymns in church. Come along and give it a go - there may be biscuits in it!
BBC Feature Aston Journalists
The BBC showcased Aston students in a Look North feature on Friday May 1st.
The feature, which aired on BBC1 at 6.30pm on Friday May 1st, focuses on Aston's students as they prepare an entry for this year's Roscars awards.
The Roscars, an annual event showcasing the best creative digital work from students across Rotherham, has become a high-profile event in South Yorkshire, drawing the attention of Look North, who now sponsor the TV News category - the category Aston is aiming for success in.
Aston's PDR was converted into a TV studio as a group of Y9 students combined their journalistic skills to create a news article entry for this year's awards, focusing on the success of Aston's U14 Girls' football team in the Rotherham Community Cup.
Having written letters of application, successful students took responsibility for writing scripts, camera work, editing film and sound, presenting and appearing as special guest stars.
Aston first Secondary School in Rotherham to get ICT Mark
We became the first and only secondary school in Rotherham to be awarded the prestigious Becta ICT Mark on Friday 6th March. This is important as it marks our excellence in using ICT to transform learning in the school and validates our commitment to ICT.
Our assessor was hugely impressed by our facilities, the way ICT is an integral part of everything we do and most of all by the ICT capability and progress of our students.
